About the project
A marketplace for visa applicants and the counsellors who guide them.
Applicants find a vetted counsellor, book, chat in real time and share documents. Counsellors run enquiries, availability and payments from a dashboard. Both sides on web and native mobile.
I led the rebuild from a Bootstrap monolith to Nuxt.js, replaced Twilio with a custom chat service and coordinated the mobile team against one API.
